Moved in in January and I gotta say that this is a wonderful place. During the moving process Lindsey was amazing at answering any and all questions we have and Lindsey and Dean were able to accommodate our move in despite the weather. The response time for maintenance (also Dean) has been amazing, things don’t stay broken for long. 10/10 would recommend to my friends and anyone looking to move to a very nice and safe area of Sioux Falls.

Lindsey is such a great help and Dean is great at fixing things. There hasn't been a single issue that hasn't been fixed immediately by this team. The apartment itself is gorgeous and feels brand new.

Get to know the property manager and you’ll want to move in just for them. Get to know the maintenance guy, and you’ll want you move in. I LOVE living here.

I have loved living here! I’ve had one issue and maintenance responded in less than 24 hours and fixed it right away! They were super accommodating when I had to move to the area quickly! A great one bedroom with great amenities! I always feel safe and secure as well!

Definitely the best place I’ve ever called home! Tons of amenities for everyone, beautiful location, top notch staff! Would highly recommend if you’re looking for your next (or last!) destination to call home!

The complex is really nice, I have lived here for almost a year and have had some minor issues but nothing that didn’t get fixed right away! Very nice and quiet place to live.

We have lived here for 2 years and while it was a rocky start with the switch of management, Cornerstone has been amazing! Lindsey is great at creating it a community, the gym and pool are always a plus! Definitely worth checking it out!

If you are looking for a place to live, I highly recommend Whisper Ridge Commons. I have lived on this property for almost 2 years now and I have nothing bad to say. The new company took over and I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. The management team is amazing and are always welcoming and whiling to help. They answer promptly and as soon as they are able to. They have great costumer service skills and are always inviting. Lindsey does an amazing job at communicating and posting notices well in advance. If there are issues she is always on it right away. The maintenance team is outstanding, they do a great job with service request and are also always willing to help out. They are super friendly and easy to talk to. They always have a smile on their face and take care of issues as soon as they can. I again, highly recommend this place.
